The Resiliency Foundation brings a new lens to the work of education innovation, a ground-up approach to educating children holistically and methodologically. Drawing from 30 years of staff experience in secondary and postsecondary education, including program development, evaluation, and the establishment of learning communities, the Resiliency Foundation works at three levels of educational improvement: program development, school creation, and district or state-level support.

Our past projects include the establishment of “Resiliency for Life” programs in several comprehensive high schools, the overhaul of alternative education programs, curricular alignment with the new Common Core State Standards, Competency-based course creation, as well as the establishment of a highly successful alternative high school, Resiliency Preparatory School in Fall River Massachusetts, and our newest initiative, the Innovation Academy Model (IAM) schools.
